Once the pre-vetted candidates have expressed interest, we submit their profiles to you within 4 weeks for review. Interviews begin and we’ll be in touch with both client and candidate every step of the way.

Navigate + Negotiate

As your strategic search partners, we coach and collaborate until your ideal candidate has negotiated his offer and signed on the dotted line.
