About Yeshiva Bais Yehuda and Partners Detroit:
Yeshiva Bais Yehuda is based in Oak Park and Southfield, Michigan. Rabbi Gershon Miller is the Rosh Hamosad and Mr. Gary Torgow is the President.

Yeshiva Bais Yehudah is a network of yeshivos including a Pre-School, boys and girls Elementary schools, a Girls high school, a 40+ person Kollel and Partners Detroit. Partners is the outreach arm of the Yeshiva and has made a tremendous impact on the broader Detroit community. Currently Partners has a team of 17 educators and office staff, two educational centers, and reaches thousands of Michigan's Jewish Community members annually.

The Director will be the strategic visionary and leader of Partners Detroit. He will manage the team of Mekarvim and support staff as well as serve as the face of the organization to both the frum and broader community. The Director will create plans for growth and expansion, oversee all operational aspects of the organization and serve as the liaison to the local Jewish Federation, as well as to established and potential high level supporters.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The specific duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
Serve as the Director and Leader of this division of the Yeshiva.
Collaborate with leadership of YBY and Partners to create new events and initiatives.
Work with Mekarvim to maximize their output
Serve as the face of the organization, fostering the existing relationships with local Federation leaders and funders
Oversee all operational aspects of the organization
